Our Saturday evening concert takes place at Belvedere House, where The Fidelio Trio will by joined once more by the violist Reiad Chibah. Across Time and Space takes us on a journey from France, with Ravel's Sonata for Violin and Cello, to the USA, with Amy Beach's Piano Trio, Op. 150. In the second half, Tunde Jegede's Songs of the Eternal offers a contemporary synthesis of classical, jazz and traditional African music before we are transported back in time to 1891 for Josef Suk's Piano Quartet in A Minor.
